All content on the Platform, including but not limited to training modules, videos, assessments, text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation (“Content”), is the intellectual property of Encrypted Training or its licensors.

This Content is protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property regulations. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our Content is strictly prohibited.

Permitted Use of Content

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for personal or organizational training purposes.

Permitted activities include:

  • Viewing and interacting with training materials for enrolled courses.

  • Downloading or printing materials explicitly marked for download, provided that such use is solely for personal or internal business purposes.

All other uses, including commercial use or redistribution of Content, require prior written authorization from Encrypted Training.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Copying, modifying, reproducing, or distributing Content without authorization.

  • Using automated systems (e.g., bots or scrapers) to extract Content.

  • Removing or altering copyright notices or proprietary marks.

  • Sharing access credentials with unauthorized users to access copyrighted materials.

  • Creating derivative works based on the Platform’s Content without explicit consent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that material on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at:

To expedite processing, your notice should include the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform.

  3. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  4. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  5. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you uploaded or provided on the Platform was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, in any jurisdiction where Encrypted Training may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright laws or who violate this policy repeatedly.

Intellectual Property Rights of Third Parties

The Platform may include content owned by third parties. Such content is subject to the copyright policies of those third parties, and you agree to comply with their terms of use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Significant updates will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
